An Exceptional Non-profit Organization for Judgment Recovery Professionals

The FAJP was formed by a group of dedicated, experienced judgment recovery specialists, living and operating businesses in the State of Florida.  The purpose was to organize and to share ideas, experiences and resources in order to more effectively enforce court judgments.

Our members and supporters come from many backgrounds in life: paralegal, criminal justice, collections, investigators, teachers, students, ect; each with the common goal of helping make Judgment Recovery a recognized Profession with ethical standards.  As with many professional associations, new members often have varied experience and knowledge.  All new FAJP members are required to take a certification test, prove their business identity and business status, and to pay their FAJP dues.  FAJP members adhere to strict professional guidelines when collecting judgments.

As a Florida-focused professional organization, our members are uniquely specialized in the collection of Florida judgments.  Some of our members effect judgment recovery throughout the country.  Some are associated with other national organizations which assists in nationwide networking to collect judgments where a debtor has skipped.
